During the engineering phase, RPH Construction Services provide oversight of the client’s engineering team; establishing deliverables packages, schedules and budgets; subsequently evaluating progress against the plan and offering constructability services.

During the procurement phase, RPH Construction Services provide oversight of the client’s procurement team; establishing the procurement plan and ensuring deliverables are met on schedule an on budget.

During the construction phase, RPH Construction Services provide oversight of the client’s construction team.  RPH Construction Services is a strong supporter of a zero accident workplace. We are skilled in analyzing daily force reports, meeting minutes, progress reports, cost reports, change order logs, payment applications and other information against observed field progress.  Our ability to combine all of this data give our clients an independent appraisal of contractor performance.
